As a founding partner of the power and utility practices at KPMG LLP and Price Waterhouse LLC, Ralph has more than 25 years of experience assisting energy company executives with industry restructuring and emerging technology challenges. He has significant experience with merger integration, organizational re-alignment, business process improvements, and large-scale information system implementation.  Ralph has helped many companies improve finance, distribution work management, power generation, and supply chain management functions, including developing a global M&A Due Diligence program used on 40+ deals in 20 countries.  His clients have included AES Corp., Dominion Resources, Pacific Gas & Electric, Hawaiian Electric, Pepco Holdings, and Piedmont Natural Gas.

Ralph is a certified management consultant and public accountant and has a degree in business  from Ohio State.

Max Williamson is a Chambers-rated environmental and business lawyer and founder of Williamson Law & Policy.  His proven track record assisting companies, trade associations and coalitions in regulatory and transactional matters spans a range of sectors, including renewable and conventional energy development, industrial and manufacturing, biofuels, oil and gas, carbon infrastructure, green finance, and clean-tech.  

Max is particularly known for his work with clients on innovative investment and project development transactions involving carbon regulation, renewable energy development, and other evolving regulatory markets and programs. 

Max graduated from Yale University and received his J.D. and Masters degrees from Vermont Law School specializing in environmental law and policy.  He is a licensed master in the U.S. Merchant Marine.
